Harrow Consulting Ltd have been appointed by Home Group to commence Phase 2 of the extensive conservation scheme at Sir James Knotts Memorial Flats in Tynemouth.

Building Conservation and Maintenance works continue after the successful completion of Phase 1 earlier in the year.  The 14 Month program, commenced in the Summer, comprises large scale external conservation and repair works to the prominent Tyneside landmark.

The property comprises 135 no. 2 bed flats over 5 storeys and is set on an elevated escarpment overlooking the mouth of the Tyne River.
