Harrow are committed to protecting our Client’s data.  We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveys (RICS) and, as such, are governed and regulated in line with a strict code of conduct.

We store Client’s data securely in line with General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR) and in compliance RICS Guidance in relation to electronic document management.

Harrow do not undertake email marketing campaigns.  Client information is only held on file until the expiration of our legal professional indemnity requirements.  Relevant Client Data at the expiration of this period, will be safely and securely deleted.  This includes both electronic and hard copy information that may be held on file.

Only information critical to business operation, the serving of our clients needs, and data necessary to satisfy our legal obligations, is stored on file.
