Harrow Consulting Ltd have been appointed by Telereal Trillum to undertake the residential development of the iconic Grade II listed Princes Building on Newcastle’s Quayside.

The development will comprise the full conversion of the existing Commercial Office accommodation into individually designed City Centre apartments.

The development promises to provide exceptional City Centre living.

Harrow Consulting have been appointed as Lead Consultant for the project, with roles including Architectural Design, Project Management and Cost Consultancy.
