We are delighted to announce that our Phased Regeneration of Knotts Flats, Tyneside has won Housing Project of the Year at The 2016 Builder & Engineer Awards.  The Award was presented by Sir Geoff Hurst, at Anfield (home of Liverpool FC), at a glittering awards evening.

Congratulations to all members of the winning project team – our main contractor,  T Manners and Sons and to our client,  Home Group on a fantastic win.  The project was nominated in a very strong category, alongside some fantastic projects, and we are delighted to have been selected as the winner.

Our congratulation also go out to all other short-listed nominees.
