Harrow Consulting Ltd are pleased to announce the recent appointment by Durham County Council and the in-house Home Improvement Agency.  Harrow will assist in delivering services associated to the roll out of domestic alterations to provide accessible living.

Harrow have been appointed to provide Measured Surveys, Architectural Design Services and the management of Statutory Approvals, including Planning Permission.

Working closely with the Council, Harrow will provide the Design and Specification for domestic alterations to properties to enable full accessible living for those with disabilities.
